TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO ANIMALS. THEY ASSIST SHELTERS, RESCUES AND INDIVIDUALS BY PAYING THE MEDICAL BILLS OF HOMELESS PETS. THEY PROMOTE PET ADOPTION AND RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP, INCLUDING SPAYING AND NUETERING.
