THE UA CHARITABLE FUND TRUST WAS ORIGINALLY ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE CONTRIBUTION, GIFTS, OR GRANTS TO VICTIMS OF THE SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 TERRORIST ATTACKS AND RELATED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS. THE FUND MAY ALSO MAKE GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND LOCAL UNIONS THAT HAVE SUFFERED DAMAGES FROM ANY NATURAL DISASTER.
