THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO ENGAGE IN PUBLIC POLICY AND ISSUE ADVOCACY IN SUPPORT OF LASTING STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENTS TO AMERICAN DEMOCRACY AND OTHER NON-PARTISAN DEMOCRACY REFORM MEASURES.
