THE CORPORATION WAS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING AND COORDINATING COMMUNITY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE RESOURCES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR THE DELIVERY OF COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CARE SERVICES CONDUCIVE TO THE PROGRESS AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE ERIE COMMUNITY.
