THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SPEARHEADS EFFORTS TO IDENTIFY COMMUNITY NEEDS, DEVELOPS A COMMUNITY RESPONSE TO THOSE NEEDS, AND PROMOTES TEAMWORK AMONG LOCAL NONPROFITS.
