SERVING AS A CONVENER AND CATALYST AROUND KEY COMMUNITY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE ISSUES; FOCUSING HUMAN AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES ON ACHIEVING VISIBLE, MEASURABLE RESULTS AGAINST PRIORITIZED COMMUNITY NEEDS; ENCOURAGING EFFICIENT, COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS AMONG HUMAN SERVICE PROVIDERS; AND COMMUNICATING AND EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THE KEY ISSUES IN THE REGION AND UNITED WAY'S IMPACT ON THEM.
