UR COMMUNITY CARES PROVIDES THE CONNECTION THAT HELPS OLDER ADULTS AND PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES LIVE SAFELY AT HOME THROUGH COMMUNITY-BASED VOLUNTEER SUPPORT. FUNDING COVERS ALL DIRECT PROGRAM COSTS SO SERVICES ARE FREE FOR BACKGROUND-CHECKED PARTICIPANTS ENROLLED AT URCOMMUNITYCARES.ORG.
