OUR PRIMARY PURPOSE IS THE PROVISION OF COMPASSIONATE CARE AND SERVICES IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND INDEPENDENCE OF OUR PATIENTS. URMHCCS IS NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED FOR ITS ABILITY TO REDUCE UNNECESSARY HOSPITALIZATIONS.
