("URMHCCS") PROVIDES HOME HEALTH CARE THROUGH A WIDE ARRAY OF SERVICES INCLUDING NURSING, HOME HEALTH AIDES, PHYSICAL AND SPEECH THERAPY, HOSPICE, AND NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS. URMHCCS OFFERS HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES FOR PATIENTS, WHETHER ACUTELY ILL, TEMPORARILY DISABLED OR REQUIRING LONG-TERM CARE. OUR PRIMARY PURPOSE IS THE PROVISION OF COMPASSIONATE CARE AND SERVICES IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND INDEPENDENCE OF OUR PATIENTS. URMHCCS IS NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED FOR ITS ABILITY TO REDUCE UNNECESSARY HOSPITALIZATIONS.
