PURPOSE OF ORGANIZATION IS TO REDUCE AIR POLLUTION EMISSIONS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF UTAH, THROUGH VOLUNTARY ACTIONS, TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF CLEANER AIR TO BREATHE, IMPROVED HEALTH OF THE CITIZENRY OF THE STATE AND TO FOSTER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
