UTAH READY MIXED CONCRETE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING READY MIXED CONCRETE BUSINESSES IN THE STATE OF UTAH THROUGH THE EFFORTS OF MARKETING, PROVIDING TECHNICAL RESOURCES, COORDINATION, COALITIONS, AND THE SPONSORING OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
