FURTHERMORE, USV SHALL ELECT OFFICERS TO ADMINISTER USV AND ITS NATIONAL PROGRAMS, AND TO SUPERVISE AND DIRECT THE U.S. CHAPTERS AS HEREIN SET FORTH IN THE BYLAWS.
