THE VIRGINIA BEACH SPCA IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION SUPPORTED SOLELY BY CONTRIBUTIONS. WE ARE DEDICATED TO THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS AND THE CREATION OF A MORE RESPONSIBLE AND HUMANE COMMUNITY. WE PROVIDE FOR AND PROTECT ABANDONED, ABUSED AND UNWANTED ANIMALS, TRIAGE WILDLIFE, AND PROMOTE ANIMAL WELFARE THROUGH PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT MUTUALLY BENEFIT PEOPLE AND ANIMALS.
