THE PURPOSES OF WAICU ETC ARE TO PURCHASE, IMPLEMENT, AND OPERATE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, INCLUDING COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE, FOR ITS MEMBERS AND TO MANAGE THE ONGOING OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SUCH SYSTEMS AS ITS MEMBERS MAY REQUIRE OR DIRECT IN FURTHERANCE OF THEIR EDUCATIONAL MISSIONS AND GOALS.
