THE MISSION OF WASHINGTON HOMEOWNERSHIP RESOURCE CENTER IS TO INCREASE AND PRESERVE HOMEOWNERSHIP IN WASHINGTON STATE. WE PROVIDE HOMEBUYERS AND HOMEOWNERS WITH INFORMATION AND REFERRALS TO VETTED RESOURCES. OUR REFERRALS INCLUDE HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND PRE-PURCHASE COUNSELING AND EDUCATION, FORECLOSURE INTERVENTION COUNSELING AND MEDIATION, LEGAL AID, CREDIT COUNSELING, AND HOME REPAIR AND WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE. WHILE OUR SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO ANYONE IN WASHINGTON, OUR CLIENTS ARE PREDOMINANTLY LOW- OR MODERATE-INCOME.
