RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTIES LISTED WOULD BE DIRECTLY IMPACTED THE MOMENT THIS RADAR UNIT IS ACTIVATED BY POTENTIALLY RECEIVING ENHANCED AND EARLER WARNINGS OF SEVERE STORMS IN THE REGION.
