THE PROGRAM BORROWS FUNDS FROM MEMBERS OF THE WEAVERLAND CONFERENCE MENNONITE CHURCH TO RE-LEND TO YOUNG MENNONITE PERSONS OF THE COMMUNITY AT A LOW INTEREST RATE.
