WE WORK WITH THE LIBRARY IN A STRONG PARTNERSHIP, TO DETERMINE WHERE PRIVATE SUPPORT CAN HAVE THE GREATEST IMPACT AND AT THE SAME TIME, NOT REPLACE THE PUBLIC'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR FUNDING THE BASIC OPERATIONS OF A STRONG LIBRARY.
