THE MISSION OF WEST RIVER HEALTH SERVICES FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT WEST RIVER HEALTH SERVICES AND WESTERN HORIZONS LIVING CENTER AS THEY PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO THE REGION BY PROVIDING FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES.
