THE MISSION OF THE WVCEH IS TO CREATE PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS AT THE LOCAL, STATE, AND NATIONAL LEVELS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS TO HOMELESSNESS AND POVERTY. THE WV COALITION TO END HOMELESSNESS SHALL ADVOCATE FOR PUBLIC POLICIES THAT WILL ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND CONTRIBUTE SYSTEMATICALLY TO THE PREVENTION AND ELIMINATION OF HOMELESSNESS IN WV; AND SHALL WORK WITH REPRESENTATIVES FROM FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, ALONG WITH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ENTITIES, ADVOCATES, PROVIDERS, AND CONSUMERS, TO PURSUE SOLUTIONS TO PREVENT AND END HOMELESSNESS.
