WESTMINSTER HOME CONNECTION'S VISION IS FOR EVERY OLDER ADULT AND PERSON WITH A DISABILITY TO AGE-IN-PLACE SAFELY AND WITH DIGNITY. WE REPAIR AND MAKE MOBILITY MODIFICATIONS IN HUNDREDS OF HOMES, PRESERVING AFFORDABLE HOUSING. WE ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT OTHER GROUPS TO REPAIR HOMES FOR THEIR NEIGHBORS.
