OUR VISION IS TO OFFER HOPE, DIGNITY, AND IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SOME OF EASTERN EUROPE'S MOST MARGINALIZED CHILDREN. WE WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY WORKING WITH INSTITUTIONS TO INCREASE THE QUALITY OF SERVICES FOR UKRAINIAN ORPHANS WITH DISABILITIES.
