OUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO ESTABLISH A CONSISTENT LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR STUDENTS, WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY FOSTERING THE EMPOWERMENT OF EDUCATORS, SCHOOL LEADERS, AND COMMUNITIES. THROUGH THESE EFFORTS, WE AIM TO ENHANCE OVERALL STUDENT OUTCOMES WITHIN THE CITY OF WILMINGTON SCHOOLS.
