THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE TO PROVIDE ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS TO QUALIFIED GRADUATES OF WINDOM AREA HIGH SCHOOL, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF WINDOM, MINNESOTA, FOR THE PURSUIT OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
