Mission

To provide people with developmental disabilities become more self sufficient in their every day lives while being at Wings of an Angel, RISE. While being at RISE for the day, each individual we serve works on short term and long term goals. Independence is a common goal set by the people we serve. Working on independent skills involve cooking, cleaning, laundry, self care, pedestrian safety, and more are some of the independence skills.
