THE MISSION OF THE WINTER CONFERENCE ON BRAIN RESEARCH IS TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE DISSEMINATION OF ALL ASPECTS OF NEUROSCIENCE AT AN ANNUAL MEETING THAT OFFERS CUTTING-EDGE SCIENCE IN FORMAL SESSIONS WITHIN A RELAXED NETWORKING ENVIRONMENT AMENABLE TO ALL.
