THE WISCONSIN COUNCIL OF THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE THE DIGNITY AND EMPOWERMENT OF PEOPLE IN WISCONSIN WHO ARE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED BY PROVIDING SERVICES, ADVOCATING LEGISLATION, AND EDUCATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
