TO PROMOTE THE SPORT OF FOOTBALL, PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES ON COACHING TECHNIQUES AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT, AND PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR WISCONSIN FOOTBALL COACHES. ALSO, TO HONOR THE STATE'S TOP PERFORMING STUDENT ATHLETES AND COACHES AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEM TO DISPLAY THEIR TALENTS.
