THE WISCONSIN TECHNICAL COLLEGE FOUNDATION ASSISTS THE WISCONSIN TECHNICAL COLLEGE SYSTEM (WTCS), THE WISCONSIN TECHNICAL COLLEGES, AND CAREER, TECHNICAL AND ADULT EDUCATION BY SOLICITING AND ACCEPTING FUNDS AND GIFTS FOR THEIR BENEFIT AND BY OPERATING PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES, PROVIDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND DISTRIBUTING AND LICENSING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
