TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WISCONSIN TRIBES TO TO ACHIEVE THEIR NATURAL RESOURCES GOALS. WTCAC PROVIDES A FORUM FOR INTER-TRIBAL COLLABORATION WITH STATE, LOCAL AND FEDERAL PARTNERS. WTCAC FOSTERS RELATIONSHIPS WITH NON FEDERAL AND FEDERAL ENTITIES TO EXCERCISE GOVERNMENT-TO-GOVERNMENT COLLABORATION WITH TRIBES, HONORING TREATY RIGHTS.
