RESEARCH SHOW THAT WOMEN OF TOMORROW MENTEES HAVE INCREASED SELF-ESTEEM, A 92% HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION RATE, AND INCREASED ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE (GPA) EACH YEAR THEY ARE IN THE PROGRAM, TO A STATISTICALLY SIGNIFICANT DEGREE. MENTEES HAVE A 95% GRADUATE RATE. WOMEN OF TOMORROW CURRENTLY MENTORS 2,542 AT-RISK YOUNG WOMEN IN 116 PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS WITH 42 CITIES IN BROWARD, MIAMI-DADE AND PALM BEACH COUNTY WITH ITS NETWORK OF APPROXIMATELY 350 MENTORS. WOMEN OF TOMORROW HAS AWARDED OVER 3.7 MILLION IN SCHOLARSHIPS TO 1,413 MENTEES. 2,542 INDIVIDUALS WERE SERVED.
