TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE OPERATIONS OF WOOSTER COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN A MANNER THAT PROMOTES THE PUBLIC PURPOSES OF IMPROVING THE DELIVERY OF HEALTHCARE AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO ALL PEOPLE WITHIN THE CITY OF WOOSTER AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
