THE WYPCA IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARY FOCUS IS ON ISSUES RELATING TO HEALTH CARE ACCESS AND EXPANSION. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS, HEALTH CARE FOR THE HOMELESS PROGRAMS, AND MIGRANT HEALTH PROGRAMS AS WELL AS OTHER PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS. THE STATED MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO SUPPORT AND EXPAND ACCESS TO QUALITY HEALTH SERVICES IN COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT WYOMING IN ORDER TO BUILD HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION CARRIES OUT ITS MISSION BY PROVIDING TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OPPORTUNITIES TO ITS MEMBER HEALTH CENTERS WHILE ENGAGING IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES TO EXPAND ACCESS.
