Mission

Xcelerate Women is a transformative community that supports Oregons women business owners on their journeys to success. Our Business Advising, Peer Mentorship, and Growth Education programs help women increase self-efficacy and overcome internal and external barriers to create economic power, build generational wealth, and positively impact their communities. In 2024, Xcelerate proudly served 821 women in 15 Oregon counties. 222 women and gender expansive business owners, generating $25.4M in gross revenues and collectively employing 575 Oregonians, participated in 1:1 Coaching and Peer Mentorship. We also delivered Educational Workshops, panels, and events to 599 community members across Oregon, for a total of 1,411 service interactions.
