THE ULTIMATE MISSION OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO IMPROVE THE EDUCATIONAL LEVELS AND EMPLOYMENT CAPABILITIES OF THE MOST AT-RISK YOUTH, AGES 16-24, IN THE FOUR COUNTY AREA OF COFFEE, COVINGTON, DALE, AND GENEVA COUNTIES.
