YPI IS THE ONLY SAFE DROP-IN SPACE IN RI DEDICATED EXCLUSIVELY TO MEETING THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE IMPACTED BY THEIR SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND/OR GENDER IDENTITY/EXPRESSION. YPIS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES AND OPPORTUNITIES NECESSARY FOR YOUTH TO THRIVE WHILE WORKING TO END THE HOMOPHOBIC AND TRANSPHOBIC ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH THEY LIVE, WORK AND PLAY.
