Mission
THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO FAMILIES WHO ARE ADOPTING CHILDREN FROM THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM, WITH A PRIMARY FOCUS IN DELAWARE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY DEVELOPING AND DELIVERING PRE-ADOPTIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, AS WELL AS PROVIDING ONGOING POST LEGAL ADOPTION SERVICES TO FAMILIES.
