THE MISSION OF THE AGENCY IS TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO LEAD INDEPENDENT AND FULFILLING LIVES. THE MISSION OF THE AGENCY IS TO EMPOWER PEOPLE THROUGH INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, ONE PERSON AT A TIME.
