AJAC IS AN INDUSTRY-DRIVEN APPRENTICESHIP ORGANIZATION, FOUNDED ON THE BELIEF THAT MASTERY OCCURS ON THE JOB. THROUGH PRE-APPRENTICESHIP, YOUTH APPRENTICESHIP, AND ADULT APPRENTICESHIP, ALL PEOPLE HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN COMPETETIVE WAGES, FIND MEANINGFUL AND FULFILLING WORK, AND PURSUE LIFELONG LEARNING.
