THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO BE A SERVICE PROVIDER, A COMMUNITY RESOURCE, A CONSUMER ADVOCATE, AND A PROMOTER OF THE GENERAL WELFARE OF SENIOR CITIZENS IN SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE, ADOVOCATE & IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE, DIGNITY & INDEPENDENCE OF THE ELDERLY.
