THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH PROVISION OF EMERGENCY SHELTER, 24/7 CRISIS RESPONSE, CHILDREN'S PROGRAMMING, PRIMARY PREVENTION, LEGAL ADVOCACY, AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH.
