THE PURPOSE OF ALCONA CITIZENS FOR HEALTH, INC., SHALL BE TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP AND OPERATE SUCH FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS AS ARE NECESSARY TO PROVIDE QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO ALL RESIDENTS OF ALCONA COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY.
