IT IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT OF 1959 AND IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
