ASPHALT GREEN, INC. ("ASPHALT GREEN") IS A NEW YORK CITY NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO TRANSFORMING LIVES AND BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH SPORTS, FITNESS, AND PLAY FOR ALL. ASPHALT GREEN HAS TWO CAMPUSES IN NEW YORK CITY (THE "CITY"): ONE ON THE UPPER EAST SIDE ("AG") AND THE OTHER IN BATTERY PARK CITY("AGBPC"). THE AG CAMPUS INCLUDES THE GEORGE AND ANNETTE MURPHY CENTER; THE AQUA CENTER (WHICH HOUSES THE CITY'S FIRST INDOOR, OLYMPIC-SIZED POOL OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE); A SUPERTURF PLAYING FIELD; DEKOVATS PARK; AND SUNDIAL PLAZA. PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ARE DESIGNED TO CHALLENGE THE INTELLECTUAL, CREATIVE AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANTS. THE CITY RETAINS OWNERSHIP OF THE AG CAMPUS, AND ASPHALT GREEN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EQUIPPING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING THE FACILITIES AND PROVIDING COMMUNITY PROGRAMS.
