THE CLINIC PROVIDES VITAL SERVICES, VITAL NAVIGATION AND VITAL EDUCATION TO ACHIEVE IMPROVED HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR THE BAILEY'S CROSSROADS COMMUNITY OF FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA.
