THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE SAFE AND EFFICIENT PILOT SERVICES TO PROTECT THE USERS OF THE COMMERCIAL WATERWAY IN BRAZORIA COUNTY, AS WELL AS, ITS SHORES AND CITIZENS.
