OUR MISSION IS TO FEED BRAZORIA COUNTY'S HUNGRY THROUGH FOOD DISTRIBUTION, EDUCATION, COLLABORATION, AND ADVOCACY. BRAZOSPORT CARES CONTINUES TO LEAD THE FIGHT AGAINST HUNGER IN BRAZORIA COUNTY BY OPERATING A COMMUNITY-SUPPORTED FOOD PANTRY, WEEKEND BACKPACK PROGRAM AND SCHOOL FOOD PANTRY FOR LOCAL STUDENTS, HOME DELIVERY PROGRAM FOR HOME-BOUND SENIORS, AND EDUCATION INITIATIVES.
