THE OBJECTIVE AND MISSION OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO ENSURE THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT, EXPANSION AND DELIVERY OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT PRIMARY CARE SERVICES, COUPLED WITH ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF THE MEDICALLY INDIGENT AND UNDERSERVED RESIDENTS OF THE SOUTH AND CENTRAL BRONX.
