Catholic Community Response Team provides direct support and referral services to those whose basic needs are not met. We do it in a manner inspired by the Gospel of Jesus. Provide a Christian compassionate response to those in need primarily within but not limited to the City of Pontiac. Provide intake services and assessments based on client needs to build a relationship in order to overcome small hurdles which hinder self-sustainability. Coordinate our efforts with other community agencies and providers to make the best use of available resources and to provide appropriate referrals to broaden the scope of our response.
