Mission
THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE A NONPROFIT NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER FOR AGED AND INFIRMED PEOPLE, WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, CREED, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN. CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE OSUCH PROGRAMS SHALL BE CARRIED OUT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SOCIAL TEACHING OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH AS INTERPRETED, FROM TIME TO TIME, BY THE BISHOP OF THE DIOCESE OF FALL RIVER.
