THE NON-PARTISAN CENTER FOR APPLIED ENVIRONMENTAL LAW & POLICY SEEKS TO FURTHER INNOVATION IN ENVIRONMENTAL LAW AND POLICY SO THAT IT CAN HELP PROTECT INDIVIDUALS, COMMUNITIES, AND NATURAL SYSTEMS FROM ENVIRONMENTAL THREATS, WITH A FOCUS ON LEGAL AND TECHNICAL RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS TO SUPPORT A STRONG REGULATORY CLIMATE AND HEALTH PROTECTIONS.
